- Please note, all guests must share their valid id proof during check-in.
- Please complete the balance payment procedure during the check-in time.
- Please remember, the number of guests must not exceed as mentioned in the confirmation. During the stay, no guests other than those who have made a reservation may enter the property.
- Negotiation is not possible after reaching the property.
- The late check-in must be informed to the property manager.
- Early check-in & Late check-out is subject to availability and must be informed beforehand.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling up to 7 days prior to Check in
- We are unable to offer a refund for weekends and peak dates.
- Damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
- We kindly request you to take good care of your belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur. Make sure you pick up all your personal belongings before checking out.
- Dining will take place in the specified Restaurant area.
- Outside food not allowed in inside Property
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
- Zero tolerance to Smoking,Narcotics substances & other illegal activities in the villa,such guest will be immediate Check out.
